Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows safety policies and PPE; handles hazardous waste training.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
• Evaluates new laboratory techniques and assists with data collection.
• Maintains laboratory equipment and spaces through cleaning and disinfection.
• Prepares specimens and conducts analytical procedures per SOPs.
• Reports results and provides technical support.
• Completes tests accurately and efficiently.
• Participates in proficiency testing and regulatory adherence.
• May mentor new staff and resolve customer service issues.
