Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Must meet CLIA equivalency if field does not match.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain quality scores.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical activities: equipment checks, inventory, specimen collection.
• Conduct post-analytical tasks: report results and support staff.
• Complete tests per SOPs and participate in proficiency testing.
• Assist with education and training of new staff.
