Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in chemical/biological/clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• 2+ years of clinical lab experience preferred.
• Licensure/certification support may be required depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance, function checks, inventory control, supply stocking, specimen collection, and processing.
• Conducts post-analytical activities related to laboratory testing, including reporting results and providing technical support.
• Completes tests and analytical procedures accurately following SOPs.
• Participates in proficiency testing and adheres to regulations and policies.
• May precept and train new employees and students, documenting appropriately.
