• Perform waived and non-waived testing per CLIA requirements and SOPs.
• Ensure validity of results, document deviations, and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with inventory and supply management to optimize costs.
• Train and support department staff; participate in problem resolution.
• Communicate clearly with internal/external customers and maintain teamwork.
• Prepare and process patient samples with proper identification and integrity.
