Sonora Quest Laboratories / Laboratory Sciences of Arizona seeks a Lab position in Queen Creek, AZ for night shift. You will perform waived and non-waived tests under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, and OSHA standards, and may assist with collection and processing of specimens.

Responsibilities include problem solving, instrument maintenance, and collaboration with department staff to meet productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent CLIA-trained experience.
• Foreign educated candidates must provide credential evaluation.
• Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Perform waived and non-waived tests per CLIA ’88 with supervision.
• Ensure accuracy of results and document deviations.
• Assist with specimen collection and processing as required.
• Maintain compliance with accrediting/regulatory requirements.
