Qualifications

Associate or bachelor degree in lab science or equivalent.

Phlebotomy competency demonstrated.

Responsibilities

Perform waived and non-waived tests accurately per policies and standards.
Startup, calibration, and accuracy of instruments and procedures.
Identify and resolve testing issues; monitor QC results.
Assist with specimen collection and processing as needed.
Maintain inventory of supplies and efficient reagent usage.
Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
