Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories is hiring for a Night shift laboratory position in Queen Creek, Arizona. The role performs waived and non-waived tests with accuracy and timeliness and supports department compliance with CLIA and other accrediting bodies.

Responsibilities include testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with lab staff. The position reports to the Lab-BIMC supervisor and may involve specimen collection and processing as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in laboratory science or Bachelor's in chemical/biological science.
• Equivalent laboratory training and experience per CLIA 42 CFR 493.1489/1491.
• Foreign educated candidates require credential evaluation translation.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived tests accurately and timely.
• Ensure startup, calibration and accuracy of procedures and instrumentation.
• Identify and resolve abnormal results; document deviations.
• Assist with specimen collection, receipt and processing as needed.
• Maintain inventory and appropriate use of supplies and reagents.
