Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a lab science or equivalent with CLIA-acceptable training.
• Experience meeting CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs waived and non-waived tests under CLIA ’88 accurately and timely.
• Assists with department compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Processes specimens and may collect or receive biological samples.
• Reports to department supervisor and maintains on-site competency.
