Qualifikationen

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV meds, monitor patient condition.
• Evaluate and revise plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications per Mercy Health policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
