Qualifications

• ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Licensed RN in state of practice; CPR/BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy and standards.
• Performs assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations of care.
• Documents per standards of care and physician orders.
• Mentors and precepts new partners to Mercyhealth.
