Zusammenfassung

Mercyhealth is seeking a registered nurse for night shift (6pm–6am), three 12-hour shifts, to provide compassionate, holistic nursing care in our clinical setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, administer medications, document care, and perform ongoing assessments to support patient safety and outcomes.

Required: ADN with RN licensure in state of practice; BSN preferred; CPR/BLS within 90 days; ACLS/PALS/PEARS/NRP per unit. Mercyhealth offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice; CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days; ACLS/PALS/PEARS/NRP as unit requires.

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policies and state laws.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
• Develops and executes patient care plans.

• Supports patient’s longitudinal plan of care.
• Escalates safety concerns promptly.
• Participates in unit practice and peer review.
