You will collaborate with the management team to ensure policy adherence, staff development, and a patient-first environment. The position requires RN licensure, an associates degree or RN diploma, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license.
• Associate degree in nursing or RN diploma.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission, discharge, and throughput to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to foster teamwork and improve patient outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery as needed.
• Operationalize nursing strategies to improve staff engagement and rounds.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff and personnel actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and align labor with patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and equipment management.
