Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with ICU CNC experience and ACLS/BLS certifications, and has prior charge nurse experience in ICU. The position requires leadership in staffing, throughput, and critical care coordination.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse; BSN ICU Supervisor or CNC ICU experience is mandatory and previous charge nurse experience in ICU preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality patient care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services.
• Collaborates with managers to create teamwork that supports improved outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Oversees staff scheduling and labor alignment with patient care needs.
