Signicast is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Hartford Facility to lead a 6:00 pm–6:00 am night shift. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coaching Master Technicians and manufacturing staff.

You will manage shift staffing, performance reviews, and Dayforce records, ensuring adherence to ISO/TS and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers growth within a world-class investment casting operation.

Qualificações

• Leadership role experience and ability to manage a manufacturing shift.
• Experience implementing safety, quality and process improvement programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety initiatives and enforce policies with the EHS Manager.
• Direct daily operations, coaching and evaluating Master Technicians and Technicians.
• Ensure production records, quality data, and attendance records are accurate.
• Prioritize and delegate work to meet production and delivery goals.
• Mentor team on ISO/TS requirements and lean practices.
