Job summary

• Requires high school diploma or GED; leadership experience preferred not required.
• Ability to learn computer systems and apply quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs overall module operations to meet production objectives and customer delivery requirements.
• Manages daily staffing, coaching, performance reviews, and recruitment activities.
• Ensures production paperwork, records and attendance documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
• Schedules work and delegates tasks to achieve high product quality at lowest cost.
• Trains staff across cells, interprets drawings and work orders for workers.
• Maintains safe, productive work environment and conducts stay interviews with new hires.
