Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others.
• PC Skills - Microsoft Office, ERP systems, eQMS.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Aufgaben

• Enforce safety rules and reporting requirements in production.
• Verify quality checks and ensure production lines run quality products.
• Meet production targets and communicate schedule risks.
• Monitor yields and minimize waste; support continuous improvement.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and staffing for direct reports.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication and kaizen/6S needs.
