Signode Industrial Group in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor III to lead a team of production operators, ensure safety, and meet quality and production targets. You will guide other supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and foster a positive, results-driven work environment.

The role requires 5-7 years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in supervision, strong math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Schedule: 7pm-7am, rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ manufacturing experience with minimum 2 years of supervision in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to oversee production operators and coordinate with other departments

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets
• Ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Lead and motivate production teams and foster a collaborative work environment
• Coordinate with Plant/Operations Manager on production
• Collaborate with quality control to maintain product quality
• Identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction
• Provide training and development for production staff
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure documentation compliance
• Hire new employees and manage attendance and timesheets
• Communicate goals and expectations to the team
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
