Job summary

Signicast in Hartford, CT, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the day shift (2-2-3, 6am–6pm) to lead module operations. You will drive safe, efficient production, coach technicians, manage day-to-day staffing and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and supports continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee training, documentation, and adherence to ISO/TS and quality standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise teams, coach associates and manage performance.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily module operations to meet production, quality and delivery goals.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce policies with the EHS team and staff.
• Schedule work, conduct reviews, and manage attendance and records.
• Mentor technicians, drive lean improvements and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure training, paperwork, audits and ISO/TS requirements are met.
