Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Engineer for the night shift to monitor, trend, and sustain health of the In/Out Room equipment fleet, including automated packaging and related accessories. You will be the go-to person when the tool goes down and will work with vendors on escalations.

Responsibilities include building real-time dashboards, performing PM schedules, and authoring manuals and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering required.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with sub-fab systems in semiconductor industry.
• Experience with data/statistical analytics and sensor technologies.
• Experience with TPM concepts and maintenance in industry.

Responsibilities

• Document, trend, and sustain health of In/Out Room equipment fleet.
• Build and modify dashboards to visualize equipment performance.
• Automate escalations and define maintenance constraints.
• Perform root cause investigations for abnormal failures.
• Create and enforce fleet health procedures and SOPs.
• Produce operating manuals and KPI dashboards monthly.
