Zusammenfassung

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Equipment Engineer to document and trend the health of the In/Out Room equipment fleet, create real-time dashboards, and lead maintenance and reliability initiatives. You will analyze data, identify failure modes, and work with vendors on escalations to ensure fleet performance.

The role requires 3+ years in sub-fab semiconductor environments, strong data analytics, sensor knowledge, and TPM implementation experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with sub-fab systems in semiconductor industry.
• Experience with large quantities of equipment in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in data/statistical analytics.
• Knowledge of common industrial sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, etc).
• Proficiency with TPM concepts and their implementation in industry.

Aufgaben

• Document and trend equipment health; build real-time dashboards.
• Maintain and improve maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Perform root cause investigations for abnormal equipment failures.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers to drive module improvements.
• Produce and maintain operating manuals, SOPs, and fleet records.
