Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Experience supervising night shift.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for meeting/exceeding targets (production, delivery, quality, cost, safety) through resource allocation.
• Coach production floor employees on key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to minimize scrap and downtime.
• Cross-train employees to increase workforce flexibility.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints methodologies.
