• Experience supervising night shift and ensuring safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to Plant Manager for meeting performance targets (production, delivery, quality, cost, safety).
• Coach production floor employees on KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to minimize scrap and downtime.
• Lead cross-training to increase workforce proficiency and flexibility.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints initiatives to achieve targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; support promotions and transfers.
• Direct manufacturing schedules and plan workforce utilization.
