Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and coordinate production teams on a night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet targets for safety, quality and cost.
• Coach employees and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and maintenance to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Plan and direct workforce utilization; ensure adherence to standard work.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and manage value streams.
