You will coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to minimize scrap and downtime, coaching staff to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 to 6 years of supervisory experience in engineering or production management.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and environmentally compliant work area.
• Coach production floor employees on achieving key performance metrics and top quartile performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to minimize scrap and machine downtime.
