Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking maintenance personnel for night shift in Lakeland, FL. The role focuses on upkeep of production and warehouse equipment, ensuring GMP and food safety standards are met.

You will diagnose and repair systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support line changeovers while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge and food safety requirements.
• Ability to read machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Maintain food quality and safety per standards (SQF, etc.).
• Report issues to initiate corrective actions.
• Perform and complete maintenance and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production-support equipment and systems.
• Communicate shift-to-shift and train others as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
