Job summary

Qualifications

• GMPs knowledge and food safety understanding are essential.
• Must be able to read, understand, and use machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Ability to work without supervision and make sound decisions.
• Forklift certification required and maintained.
• Strong problem solving and proactive maintenance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all GMPs, health, safety policies and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production-support equipment and systems (glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication).
• Document work orders and part numbers for inventory and traceability.
• Collaborate with production and other teams to resolve issues quickly and improve uptime.
