Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled, unscheduled and preventative maintenance across beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment. Requires strong mechanical skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and PLC usage.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement with a 2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Day-to-day duties include troubleshooting, repairing systems, and documenting work orders while supporting training

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs is required.
• Understanding of Food Safety requirements.
• Must be able to read machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies in the workplace.
• Perform preventive, scheduled and corrective maintenance on beverage equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Complete work orders with part numbers for inventory control.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and drive improvements.
