Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Lakeland, FL is seeking a 2nd shift production teammate. The role emphasizes safety, GMP adherence, and following a production schedule to keep lines moving efficiently. You will read gauges, operate equipment, perform minor maintenance, and help maintain quality records.

You will collaborate with teams across departments to boost output, reduce waste, and uphold strict sanitation standards in a fast-paced beverage production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Read, understand, and adhere to a production manufacturing schedule and communicate issues.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery, supplying raw materials, and performing minor servicing.
• Perform equipment changeovers following SOPs and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record all necessary production and quality data; maintain downtime reports.
• Perform equipment and general sanitation in assigned areas.
• Work with all departments to improve quality, efficiency and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and assist with inventory management and training as needed.
