Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for the Lexington, Kentucky facility. This night-shift role operates on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 6:48 PM to 7:00 AM, maintaining and repairing production equipment and building systems.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field and substantial maintenance experience. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment and building.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during operation and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Assist and train production employees in proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Limited travel may be required.
