Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for the NIGHT SHIFT (6:30p–7am) in West Hazleton, PA. The role focuses on installing, repairing and maintaining production equipment and building facilities to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and training operators. Strong communication, reliability and the ability to work under pressure are essential, with some travel possible.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
• Strong attendance and punctuality; effective communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and provide customer service.
• Ability to work independently and follow standard practices with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during operation and scheduled maintenance during service.
• Read manuals and work orders; use hand and power tools and meters.
• Train production employees in proper operation and maintenance.
• Limited travel may be required.
