The ideal candidate holds a 2-year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance and up to five years of related experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts and perform adjustments.
• Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance and repairs.
• Assist and train operators on proper machine operation and maintenance.
