Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician in West Hazleton, PA. This 12-hour night shift runs 6:30pm–7:00am, with training on day shift 6:30am–3:00pm for a few weeks.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring quality product while adhering to safety and GMP policies. Strong mechanical/electrical skills and a relevant degree with experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Two-year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand, follow and enforce safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Focus on producing quality product by monitoring quality levels and adjusting processes.
• Perform preventive and preventive maintenance on production machines and plant facilities.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and make adjustments.
• Provide emergency repairs during operation and scheduled maintenance when needed.
