Job summary

Remington1816 is seeking a night shift maintenance technician to perform preventive, routine and minor maintenance on production machinery in assigned areas. You will change over machines, mentor operators, and support process improvements while adhering to safety and ISO guidelines.

The role requires at least a High School diploma or GED, English proficiency, and at least one year of related experience. Strong safety mindset and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with similar manufacturing equipment.
• Must pass the mechanical aptitude evaluation.
• Must have basic personal computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery and related equipment.
• Perform timely machine changeovers and support equipment.
• Assist Operators and Technicians; mentor trainees as needed.
• Follow safety rules and wear required protective equipment.
• Support ISO goals and plant safety directives.
