Job summary

Remington is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate to perform preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production machinery on the M-TH 10 hour evening shift. You will train with engineers, changeover machines, troubleshoot equipment and ensure process integrity across the team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a mechanical aptitude evaluation, basic computer skills, and at least one year of manufacturing experience. Attendance is essential; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must pass the company’s standard mechanical aptitude evaluation.
• Basic computer skills preferred to navigate menus and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Attend shift, department and plant meetings in a timely manner.
• Perform changeovers on machines and support equipment as directed.
• Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on malfunctioning machines.
• Set tooling and adjust a variety of machines.
• Mentor Operators and Technicians on best practices.
