Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in our Northfield, Illinois facility. You will maintain conveyors, automation, and robotics, troubleshoot issues, and document activities using CMMS.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge: Machinery/equipment, PLC logic, and basic software tools (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for pumps, generators, HVAC, and similar systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and perform building project tasks as assigned.
