Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday–Friday) to keep production equipment in peak condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and document work in CMMS to ensure safe, reliable operations across conveyors, automation, robotics and related systems.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (within state and out of state).
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues, escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC, and facility systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist mechanics on tasks requiring two people or higher seniority.
• Carry out facility/building project work like lighting, doors, plumbing, and carpentry as assigned.
• Assemble and test equipment to verify operation and analyze production delays, implementing corrective actions.
