Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead third-shift maintenance activities in Tallassee, AL. The role emphasizes safety, equipment reliability, and on-floor leadership, with significant time on the plant floor guiding mechanics and coordinating with production.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance supervision, strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and experience with industrial drives and SAP CMMS.

Formación

• At least five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical wiring, electrical and mechanical devices, and control circuits.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial drives.
• SAP or comparable computerized maintenance management system experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team's compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders are complete and approved.
• Attend shift handover meetings to review downtime and actions.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, quality, time, and cost.
• Provide technical support to ensure jobs are completed correctly.
• Coordinate with production on schedule changes and job duration.
• Train maintenance personnel and develop individual development plans.
