Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience supervising industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP CMMS and industrial controllers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team's compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders have complete documentation and approvals.
• Attend shift-handover meetings to review downtime, work orders, and follow-up actions.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, quality, cost and thoroughness.
• Provide technical guidance and training; support SAP procedures.
• Manage crew payroll, overtime, attendance, and adherence to site policies.
• Support continuous-improvement and changeover performance; track labor and materials.
• Promote engagement and teamwork; spend significant time on the plant floor.
