Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for our San Antonio plant. The role will start on Day shift (Mon–Thu 5:30 AM–4:00 PM) for training and will transition to the Night shift (Mon–Thu 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) upon launch in 2027.

External candidates may receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with $500 at hire and $500 after 90 days. Relocation assistance up to $7,500 is available for living more than 50 miles away.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of maintenance-related experience recommended.
• Associate degree in maintenance or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions; diagnose and correct problems quickly.
• Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
• Calibration of equipment (fluid, air and fan).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
