Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead planned, scheduled, and emergency maintenance on a fast-moving production line.

You will spend the majority on the plant floor, mentor technicians, and coordinate with planners, supervisors, and production to ensure safe, efficient uptime. Strong SAP CMMS experience and hydraulic/pneumatic know-how are essential for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance supervision.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems and industrial electrical wiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team's safety, quality, food safety, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders, modifications and approvals are complete.
• Attend daily shift-handover meetings to review downtime and open issues.
• Lead maintenance shift-handover meetings and prioritize actions.
• Represent maintenance during production meetings and communicate priorities.
• Assign work orders and load workloads for the shift.
• Coordinate with planners to manage backlog and set priorities.
• Spend 60% of the shift on the production floor engaging with maintenance staff.
