Job summary

Otsuka ICU Medical is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance mechanics on the night shift, ensuring safety and performance of production equipment. Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating PMs, and escalating issues to leadership to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, with emphasis on safety, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach maintenance personnel.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience supervising maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine Safety Audits and address safety concerns.
• Provide day-to-day direction to technical staff across shifts.
• Ensure equipment reliability and control maintenance costs.
• Plan PM activities and coordinate with Plant Engineering.
• Escalate issues to Maintenance Management as needed.
• Develop and implement improvement plans and change control documentation.
