Job summary

Ultium Cells LLC is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor for the night shift to lead a maintenance team and keep production running smoothly. You will oversee preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and drive safety and efficiency in a high-tech lithium-ion battery plant.

Ideal candidates will have strong supervision skills, a background in industrial maintenance, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Supervise a mid-sized maintenance team.
• Ensure rapid repair to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and optimize repairs.
• Coordinate with production for preventive maintenance.
• Develop and enforce safety procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance staff for safety and productivity.
• Schedule and assign work orders to meet department goals.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance.
