Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high level of resourcefulness and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical principles; ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office, PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical systems; strong communication and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful completion of assigned maintenance tasks or process improvements; integrates new tech to improve the process.
• Plan, coordinate, install, and perform operational checkouts for equipment and processes.
• Perform maintenance, repair, complex troubleshooting, redesign, and enhancement of mechanical, electrical, and PLC programs.
• Train other plant personnel in procedures and operations; document test data for reports to supervisors or management.
• Adhere to cGMPs, cGDP, SOPs, and plant policies; supervise and mentor maintenance staff as needed.
