Job summary

KPI Solutions in Irvine seeks a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to support the Facility Manager and shift leadership. You will lead maintenance activities, ensure safety and training adherence, and report on all work and safety events.

You will collaborate with the customer facility to optimize parts usage and reporting. The role requires 2+ years as a supervisor, 5+ years in electrical/mechanical work, and strong ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Maintenance Supervisor or Lead.
• 5+ years electrical and mechanical work experience with drawings, system integrations, training and implementation.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, LGVs, AMRs, or material handling is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive maintenance activities, repair functions, and shift leadership.
• Ensure safety programs, training adherence, and internal reporting for all work and safety events.
• Collaborate with site maintenance leadership to organize parts utilization and reporting.
• Manage CMMS reporting to customer and facility management; perform RCA and escalation as needed.
• Oversee schedule compliance, labor allocation, and technician performance reviews.
