Job summary

DSJ Global partners with a Pharmaceuticals Manufacturer in Portland, OR to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor for the night shift. You will lead maintenance technicians, drive equipment reliability, and ensure safe, compliant operations in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, and experience with CMMS and PM programs. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience overseeing maintenance technicians, mechanics, or skilled trades personnel.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment failures and driving corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support overnight maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions to production.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support operational goals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and CMMS documentation in accordance with site procedures and compliance requirements.
• Drive equipment reliability initiatives through root cause analysis, process improvements, and maintenance best practices.
