Otsuka ICU Medical is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance mechanics on the night shift, ensuring safety and performance of production equipment. Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating PMs, and escalating issues to leadership to minimize downtime.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, with emphasis on safety, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
The Production Maintenance Supervisor is directly responsible for the Safety and Performance of the Maintenance Mechanics on the shift the supervisor is working. The Supervisor will also be responsible for the maintenance (Preventive, Reactive and Deferred) of production equipment lines throughout the plant. The Supervisor will communicate with Production Supervision to determine priorities and notify Production and Maintenance Management of instances that will require escalation.
