Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Maintenance Porter for the Seattle area with experience in pressure washing, garage sweeping or garage maintenance. This 3rd shift role includes weekend work and requires driving with a valid license.

The position involves facility maintenance tasks, customer interface, and potential cross-training in cashier duties. Expect a hands-on role with varying duties and a strong emphasis on safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record.
• Availability for 3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility tidy.
• Walk the garage daily to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Sweep entrances and stairwells, clean rails, offices, and restrooms.
• Empty trashcans and manage janitorial supplies inventory.
• Paint surfaces and replace burnt-out bulbs as directed by management.
• Report repairs or safety hazards to the Facility Manager promptly.
