Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Lonoke, AR is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment and facility systems. This role is critical to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our processes.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, read schematics, work with CMMS, and collaborate with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in industrial/mechanical maintenance or related manufacturing field.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and restore production quickly and safely.
