Job summary
The Kinetic Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support manufacturing operations at our Lonoke, Arkansas facility. Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance or an equivalent technical background, with strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics and manuals. Day shift with a rotating 12-hour schedule; benefits start day one.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance or related manufacturing experience.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and machinery.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and manuals.
- Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical equipment.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production equipment to operation.
- Read schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Document maintenance activities in tracking systems and records.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment.
