Job summary
The Kinetic Group seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to support our Lonoke, Arkansas facility, performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment, read manuals and schematics, document activities, and collaborate with teams to improve reliability and safety. A strong mechanical aptitude and 3+ years of industrial maintenance are required.
Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years in industrial maintenance or related manufacturing experience.
- Experience reading manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production quickly.
- Inspect equipment and identify reliability and safety improvements.
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
- Document maintenance activities and inspections in CMMS.
- Assist in installation, modification and commissioning of equipment.
- Fabricate or modify components as needed for repairs.
